The Brief
The founding team behind Hourswise came to us with a frustration familiar to every modern project team:
“We know who’s doing what. We don’t know how it’s stacking up in time and cost until it’s too late.” Most tools either focused on planning or time tracking — rarely both — and almost none offered live visibility into how projects were evolving against budget, effort, and schedule. The goal was to build a calm, intelligent workspace that could centralize tasks, timelines, time logs, and cost monitoring without adding to team overhead. Core modules Includes

We crafted a calm, structured UI where clarity leads — using clean typography, subtle shadows, and bento-style layouts supported by purposeful color cues. Every tooltip, placeholder, and empty state was thoughtfully written to guide users forward, building confidence without adding clutter.
