Problem Definition
Inrole is a financial operations platform for startups and growth-stage companies, offering outsourced CFO services, accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and deep software integrations. Their mission is to take the complexity out of finance so businesses can focus on growth. They approached us to design a credible, professional product experience that could handle complex workflows — from onboarding and contract creation to incentives and request management.
Our Role
Product Visual Identity — Established a consistent design language across the platform, including colour palette, typography, UI components, and iconography, ensuring a modern, trustworthy look and feel.
Detailed UX Flow Design — Designed complete flows for:
Interface & Interaction Design — Created modular, scalable layouts that simplified complex processes while remaining intuitive for first-time users.
Mobile-Optimised Platform — Ensured the product worked seamlessly across devices, delivering a consistent experience on both desktop and mobile.
